For some models of iPhone, iPad and Samsung Galaxy, you will be given two different options when booking – either ‘Broken Screen’ or ‘Broken Screen and LCD’.
Broken Screen
Select this option if your screen display is not damaged and the touch function is still working fine. In other words, only the glass layer of the screen has been cracked or damaged.
Broken Screen and LCD
Select this option if your screen display shows vertical lines, marks, inky spots, colour issues or is completely black. If the touch function of your screen is also not working correctly, you should also select this option.

Payment is made after your repair is completed via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or cash. For card payments, payment is made directly to the Repair Hero via a safe and secure card reader. In most cases, the answer is a resounding yes. Over 85% of our repairs are completed on the same day we receive your booking, so if you’d like your mobile phone repair or iPad repair done same-day, we will do our level best to make this happen.
If your booking is received late in the day, we may not always be able to reach you same-day.
